EVO-ALL as ALARM only on keyless Subaru WRX 2020 Manual

Hello! I really like the EVO-ALL module and would like to use it as alarm only on my 2020 WRX. I am NOT interested in remote starting the vehicle. Looking at the manual (https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/103541/EVO-ALL_IG_REG_BI_SUB_WRX_2021_PTS_A_103541.pdf), I am trying to determine whether I need to connect anything apart of power and CANBUS to get the ALARM working using OEM keyless entry fobs. The manual mentions REMOTE STARTER block, which seems to be separate to EVO-ALL, I assume I won't need it. There is NO factory alarm in the car. Just central locking and keyless entry and push-button start. Please advise. Regards, Eugene.

RFK442 KIT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT OEM KEY IN VEHICLE

Hello I have an EVO-one module with the RFK442 remotes installed in a 2018 Audi SQ5 pushstart. The 442 kit works as it should until I drive off. The car says no key detected. It was my understanding you could use these 442 remotes just like the oem key? But is the RFK442 only for locking, unlocking, remote starting?

cl7 and key fob

how do i get fortin key fobs to co exist with the cl7 telematics?. the port next to the one that the remotes are supposed to fit in are too small and i cant get to work with a y cable key fob wont work but i can hit button 3 times an put it into vallet mode when i put receiver in the cl7 harness. or do i have to get a fortin evo lte for both to work??? i want telematics but still want to use the fortin remotes to arm/disarm the alarm part with out the oem remotes dissarming since they are prone to relay attacks

why does my programming procedure not go beyond the third step on my 2021 toyota sienna Hybrid?

I cannot complete the programing seven steps I spent two days checking connections and reconnecting making sure everything is right I even soldered the wires to make sure they are making good contact but seams that the module its failing> would you be able to help me?

How can I have the EVO All RFK942 RF Kit maintain program for more than 24hrs?

2018 Toyota Rav 4 Push Start Ignition. Start X Remote Starter. EVO all RFK942 I programmed the RK Kit, but after 24hrs it drops the program. I have to keep programming the RF kit just to work again. maybe my sequence to program was not proper due to can’t find the best program instructions for a push start ignition. Please help. Thanks.

the red flash-link 4 i have (hardware Vr:5) is not connecting to my pc, could you please guide me to solve this issue *Note: 1.im using the USB cable and the power of the device is ON as when the cable is plugged, the red, green and blue lights for a second and then only the red remains on. but then after a while, a message uppears indicating the module is not connected to the flashlink updater, here if I try with Retry Detection, still same result. 2.the software is latest version.

If we press the start-stop button once, then the remote start works without problems... If we don’t press it, then after 8-10 attempts it starts starting normally. Power is supplied to ON1, ON2, ON3 and ACC during remote start...Maybe somewhere else need to supply power?

EVO ALL GUIDE #105331 - Confusing Language

Installing stand-alone on a 2020 Nissan Frontier PTS. The Frontier has a factory hood switch for alarm functions. The config / options section of the guide states to set A11 to OFF if no hood pin. Does this imply to set A11 to ON in this circumstance? And I assume the blue hood pin wire is moot in this situation, or does it require grounding as the full diagram illustrates? A little confused on the intent.

2018 Ford f150 standard key without keyless entry, evo-on, T-harness FORT2, firmware 4.01, not getting the blue flashing light or red yellow alternating at step 8 of bypass programming procedure, getting the red flashing light 1 flash per second after the last step where ignition turns on and off by itself.

Avalon of miracle.

3 days ago one module did not work on 2013 Avalon. Today the 2015 Avalon arrived and neither that module nor the other module worked for this one either... Then CAN transferred the wires to a 30-wire connector and both modules started working (???). Maybe they have a standard autostart and it interferes or what?

intermittent crank no start 3 parking light flashes Mitsubishi Eclipse 2012 with oem alarm

This is driving me crazy... It works and then it does not... Need some help please.

Everything is connected per instructions (Guide # 24871), except; I had to disconnect the (A8 dk. blue) to Driver Door pin, as it left the Door ajar on constantly. 

The Yellow loop has been cut on the fortin unit.

Fortin unit SN: 002B04 251304

Crank no start and 3 parking light flashes. 

When Press lock from OEM keyfob nothing flashes in the fortin unit.

EVO 441 2020 Chevy Express 2500.(Headlights in Auto)After Remote start -key inserted -turn to run -Headlights cycle off and back on (Display Says Auto lights off -Auto lights on). EVO flashing rapid Amber until Van is shut off and a restart has occurred Wired to Guide #59141 Revision 20230316. EVO Brown /White to Lt Blue BCM passenger White 25 pin plug pin 8 I think the Lt Blue can be captured at the back of the Headlight switch Would this be a better option or have the same result? I don’t have access to a wiring diagram and I do not want to try something that will lead to a bigger issue Everything else works as intended The instructions are great as is the product I would recommend to anyone wanting a aftermarket remote start

evo all Moteur froid -10 C et moins

J'ai installé un evo-all sur mon Silverado 1500 diesel 3.0l en mars 2023. Depuis ce temps il fonctionne tres bien .Mais depuis le debut du temps froid il fonctionne mois bien .C'est a dire que aussitot que la temperature dessend en bas de -10C il tente de demarrer, le moteur tourne 2-3 secondes et s'eteind . il répete 2 fois la meme tentative et les lumieres flash 2 fois a la fin du cycle. j'ai pensé que le probleme venait de EVO ALL . j'ai changé le module et refait la programmation il y a 1 semaine. Resultat, j'ai exactement le meme probleme. j'ai comme l'impression que le module EVO ALL ne détecte pas que le moteur est démarré. C'est peut etre a cause que le moteu est diesel? pouvez-vous m'aider SVP.( Quand le moteur est chaud il fonctionne super bien ) merci.

Missing wire color/location and diode install

Good day. 2013 Explorer. Install instructions show brown/wht wire from module to parking light relay negative but does not identify wire location on vehicle or wire color for vehicle wiring. Also, for the lock circuit (white/black) shows a 1A diode. Is that built into the module or is this something I must add? (A19). Finally - on the OBDII connector for can low and can high - the wire colors are NOT the same as the diagram or schematic. I did confirm the postions identified in the instructions are correct with respect to can low and can high. Just want to make sure there is no issue with tis discrepancy.
